With over two decades experience in organizational administration, Michelle understands the myriad hats that nonprofit and small businesses wear. Passion and mission are not enough. Yet, many organizations lack the resources to hire administrative roles. Recognizing this and inspired by the number of great organizations struggling, Michelle started Lighthouse Elevation LLC. With a law degree complemented by decades of experience, Michelle offers a one-stop shop for communications, business filings including formation documents, website development and maintenance, philanthropic strategies, strategic planning, operational streamlining, and, frankly, countless other tasks. Her goal is to light the way to greater success and alleviate operational needs so organizations can focus on their mission and purpose.
